At least Surpass responds to tickets reasonably quick. I remember those "ticket" conversations I had with the many different Surpass employees ... John, Mark, David ... ah, I'll never forget those boys ...

Ohh, Netrillium. XD I transferred my domain to their servers, but they ended up taking a month to do it AND they billed me twice. When I submitted a ticket asking about it, they took twenty one days just to get back to me. *__*;;
