I'm so glad this week is over! Talk about hectic. Turns out I did preeeetty bad on that English test. XD We got our report cards on Thursday~ English pulled down my GPA by like, 7% (............ahahahahaha), but ahhhh well. :|
The band concert on Thursday was absolutely *terrible*. XD The flute player in ninth grade that sat next to me managed to play every single note wrong somehow (....), and everyone was playing at different tempos. We didn't do so bad when we were performing with senior band though. I think I'm going to try a brass instrument in jazz band *3* /band geek rambling
Speech for Japanese class got delayed *w* Now I have all weekend to practice! Hahaha. But I still have English and Planning homework. -twitch- Have I mentioned how much I despise these two subjects?
The reason it double billed is because the transfer could not process, and all we needed to do was re-issue the transfer request. Instead you made a brand new order, so that is why it charged both times.
It is too late for me to refund something from September, so all I can do is add it as credit to the account for future purchases.
....Yeah, that pretty much left me speechless. In the email they sent me after the transfer failed, it said absolutely nothing about how they would "re-issue the transfer" -- only that it failed and I needed to "contact the current registrar, request them to remove the lock, and then resubmit a transfer order for this domain." Um.
................At any rate, I don't see why this took TWENTY-ONE DAYS to write. >>;;
In conclusion, DON'T ORDER WITH NETRILLIUM, kthx. :x Talk about horrible customer service. Twenty-one days, for crying out loud! I'm going to reply to the ticket and ask how to renew esuna.org with the "credit they placed in my account", or they'll probably end up billing me for it again. orz||| ............Twenty-one days!!!! Gosh, I'm really annoyed.
