I love old railways. There is a carriage in a paddock near a friend on mine. It is sitting on a length of track just long enough for the carriage. I think the old line used to run through there.
So many stories and history in your one photo. Imagine all the people that have passed over this crossing. Some running away, some running to loved ones, some not sure where they will end up. So may stories!
