Cat Lady's foot is swelling oddly. We've been using ice and elevation, and there's been some improvement, but still, not good. She's gonna see the doctor tomorrow. She's been googling, and there's a concern that there's some sort of twisted interaction between her foot (which was healing great up until now) and the medication issued after her recent
breathing difficulties.
Of course, getting to the doctor may prove to be a challenge. My car isn't starting; I just tried to go to the gym tonight, but that's not happening. (I took a brisk walk outside just to get some movement.) So now we're potentially down to zero cars, and I already know that the electrical problem with the CRX is going to be costly and time-consuming to resolve.
Last Monday ended my final full week of four ten-hour shifts. Tomorrow is my last ten-hour shift, and then I move to a new seat, new boss, new schedule. Saturday will be an eight-hour shift, and then another "weekend". So only two days of work in a seven-day period, then I'll be on a regular Tuesday-to-Saturday schedule, I think 2:30pm to 11pm, give or take.
