I'm working as a program assistant at the Hit Show Club which means, basically that I walk around times square, take phone calls and use quickbooks every day. So my awful blind boss let me go on monday. It really pretty stupid, as I should have quit since he was hitting on me and had really ridiculous standards. The other, real reason was that I didn't know Excel as well as he wanted me to (even though I used it fine, doing everything he wanted me to and never claimed to have any certification...). According to the doctor I lost two pounds this week. The diet is working!!! (my goal was to loose about two pounds a week!That would be like sixteen pounds by the end of the summer...but I would be pleased as punch with ten)Although, my habit of drinking every weekend this summer is not really helping that. I highly recommend seeing the documentary "An Inconvienent Truth". It was very moving and motivating for me and I hope lots of people get educated and moved by it. I didn't much want to see it because I thought it would be boring and overly poltical but I didn't view it as either.
