And yes, Touga's a smug bastard, but he's quite unashamed about doing whatever he thinks necessary in order to get what he wants. If nothing else, Utena has learned a valuable lesson in fairytale feminism: never put your trust in princes.
Also, neither Miki nor Juri are buying his noble, suave act anymore. And again with the stop watch! What in the heck is Miki measuring with that darn thing? Seriously, I could use an idea or two, as I'm utterly lost.
As far as a very obsessive fandom can tell, there's no real pattern to Miki's stopwatch timings. (One of the art books has a complete set of pictures from the whole series...)

I'd suggest watching Anthy's actions very closely, especially during the small pockets which aren't seen from Utena's PoV.
