I said to aome a few weeks ago now that I was intending to post a rather delicious soup receipe given to me by a friend. So, rather belatedly, here it is:
Yep, everything in there is something I can do - either to use water or if I have some pre-made (homemade) stock in the freezer. It's actually very very similar to my ginger-carrot soup, which uses both chopped butternut squash and diced carrots, along with the garlic, onion, ginger, etc. It also has a dash of cinnamon and uses water for the liquid. So - I know how tasty your recipe must also be! Thanks for thinking of me. ♥
