Yup, I'm one of those ;) Comfort eating too. But this is a more urgent matter for me. I eat when I'm bored. So all I have to do is preventing being bored, right

However, brushing teeth is a really good one. I always find snack urges go away after brushing your teeth.
Drinking water is also a tip I've read in several places. This'll also be good for you since you have trouble drinking enough water during the day right? Every time you get the urge to snack something, just drink one or two glasses of water or get some tea. (However stuff like Cola or Fanta just has lots of sugar in it.. not good.)
I know :) I'm already drinking 4 glasses of water a day now :) So that part is going better. I dont want to drink more for now since I have to go to the bathroom enough as it is now. I want to give my bladder some time to adjust :)
This is a wonderful Idea! I think I am going to do that too. :D I will soon make my own list.
if you use photoshop one thing you could always do is go look for tutorials to make even better icons. New techniques and stuff. I always find myself hooked on that stuff for hours. XD
