Whenever I fill out a friending meme, or an introduce yourself to community X or forum Y post, amongst all the other getting to know you information , there is always a question asking me to list my ships. OMG. You are the absolute best! I love this meta. I am a hardcore buffy/spike shipper and my heart was all squished up reading this. *cries*

This makes me think about about why I'm shipping lee/kara so much harder than spike and buffy. I think the main reason is that buffy was never "in love" with spike. It always bothered me that they never seemed like equals once he got a soul. Buffy was downright nasty to spike in a way that often made me dislike her (although I did understand why she was acting so awfully). I also think that one of them made a choice NOT to be together because there was no real "in love". I guess I accept it and don't feel the extreme angst and I feel with K/L.

OMG PHE-NOM! I totally had a big plan to make a picspam of Spuffy/Chair comparisons, but then I got lazy and forget to learn how to make one. Anyways, awesome job!

This is awesome in every way; every element is perfect, from the explanations and the key points about ships (I seem to fall into this pattern too, and your points are SO very accurate) to the beautiful visuals and the incredible lyrics chosen to go hand in hand with each one.

Oh, my Kara/Lee. You and Garth have it so very right---I still ache over their ending, but I wouldn't have missed their journey for anything in the world.

Just make sure you watch the miniseries first, or you will be very lost.

I love what you've written here, cynicalshadows, especially regarding Spuffy - my all-time favorite ship. Great work :)

Thank you very much. Spuffy was the couple that made me a shipper, so I can relate. They will always hold a special place in my heart because once I ship, I ship for life.
