So in years past I have done a summation of my picks for the Academy Awards, highlighting the films that I've seen and the like. I will not be doing that this year. The reason is simple. It's time once again for Oscar. With the sole exception of Lincoln I didn't really make any kind of concerted effort to see the Oscar nominated films, but I somehow managed to knock off more 24/39 for a staggering 62% in the seven categories I care about, easily my best since I started keeping track.
