What's the opposite of being in hot water?

Because that's where I'm likely to be in a few weeks, given the water that is leaking slowly but surely out of our hot water heater. Fortunately, it's still working so I have the chance to actually schedule an appointment and not pay emergency rates or live without it even temporarily. Gas. Electric just isn't cost-effective over the life of the heater. Neither are tankless, unfortunately.

I was going to recommend a plumber, but if you have one then that's fine. I recommend not waiting too long; they can fail pretty spectacularly. And gas is definitely better. Tankless is awesome, if you have a spare $3k and are planning to be in the house for 10 years or more.

I've used Killeen Plumbing on the prior occasions I needed a plumber and haven't been disappointed at all.

And we won't let anyone but Gorjanc touch our plumbing. It's awesome to have a good plumber!
