What's the opposite of being in hot water?
Because that's where I'm likely to be in a few weeks, given the water that is leaking slowly but surely out of our hot water heater. Fortunately, it's still working so I have the chance to actually schedule an appointment and not pay emergency rates or live without it even temporarily. (Of course, having typed that it will now explode or something).
Anyway, if you have any useful advice for buying a hot water heater, this would be an appropriate time to share it. Ditto for recommendations on which model to purchase, whether I should go with gas again or switch to electric, etc. Thankfully, I have a good plumber so there's at least one thing I don't need to worry about.
