Video - Clothes Of Sand
I made this video for Cappy (
falafel_fiction) using her song suggestion. We must have similar music taste because I love Nick Drake too! Thank you so much because I've always wanted to do a Sayid vid but I could never find a song that fitted...
I wanted to do a Sayid character study but it turned out a little more shippy than I expected with all the Nadia I included. Sometimes you have an idea in mind but the vid has a life of its own and rudely decides to tell another story. I hate when that happens. :-( I hope I did Sayid justice though.
Thank you so much for all the advices and suggestions Cappy. I tried to make all the changes you suggested but I'm not sure I achieved the 80/20 Flashback/Island mix you wanted (I hope you're not too disappointed).
My experience with graphics lead me to experiment a little with textures... I wanted the vid to have a granny feel to go with the 'sand' theme. I really liked how it came out. I'll use that technique again for sure!
