Doctor Who: So far ...

I'm not too crazy about Clara. Sometimes it takes a while for me to warm up to a companion, but I'm just not getting a feel for this one. I can't quite put my finger on why. Maybe because I don't sense any real chemistry between Doctor and Companion with Clara.

I'm also kind of 'meh' about the second part of the season so far.

ARGH! NO NO NO on the Doctor's name! That would be a massive upset for me!!

Sort of iffy about Clara as well - she's not really resonating with me. And the last 2 eps just had me scratching my head as they just don't feel right to me.

I absolutely agree, and that's pretty much my reaction to learning that the title of the last episode of the season is "The Name of the Doctor." AND that Alex Kingston is a guest star. *frets more*

As for Clara ... I really don't get her or, really, especially like her. (Apparently the TARDIS doesn't, either.)

I'm iffy about Clara as well. I couldn't put my finger on it, but this whole second part of the season gas been very 'meh' to me. I know it's probably just change from the Ponds, but... idk.

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm missing Russell T Davies.

Apparently there's some big secret/reveal that they're working up to with Clara -- at least, that's the assumption. But the stories seem very disjointed and kind of mediocre. Srsly, the things I've liked best are the references to Classic Who.

I wouldn't go that far to say I'm missing JNT, but it's missing something atm...
