Driving lessons...
Driving lessons would be a lot easier if it were not for:
- road bumps
- roadworks
- traffic lights
- suicidal squirrels
- suicidal kids
- people parking their cars on corners
- people parking their cars in parallel to each other on very narrow roads
- other cars in general.
Then again, maybe the problem is my driving... -

Lordy, am I sick of the Olympics already.
Fair play to those involved or watching, but I'm not interested. I've always hated sport and the only ones I enjoy watching are the Worlds Strongest Man and roller derby, so unless someone starts hauling atlas stones or elbowing each other in the face, I think I'll give it a miss.

Manchester riots
The 'rioting' (just thuggery really) is taking place on the street round the corner from my old flat. They've smashed up Dawsons, a Manchester music shop that has been there for as long as I can remember. Had an email from GoDaddy, reminding me to renew my hosting with them. Which prompted me to wonder whether I needed to pay for hosting, given I have only one, very dusty little website hiding in a corner of the interwebs with all the dust bunnies.
