You can still eat desserts. Just limit on how much dessert you eat. That's what I do. I get the taste of it so that I'm satisfied. :^)

When I go out to eat, I try to eat half of my dinner and half of my dessert. (The other half of the dinner I usually end up saving for my lunch at work the next day.)

oh, I am down with the sharing, and all of the little tricks to be able to have 'some'.

the problem is that 'some' ends up being more, or 'some' every other day, or 'more than some, but less than lots', or 'some' during the day, and 'some' at night...

you get the picture.

I am so amazed at everything you have done. I have such a sweet tooth that I personally get to the "AAAA i can't do this anymore" phase of dieting.
