Avoid being 'the guy' talking 50% of the time when the other 2-4 female panelists stand by, waiting patiently and, often, painfully.

It's gone through my social media in the past two or three months. It's about how people in a bad situtation can vent outwards, but people supporting them shouldn't vent inwards toward the stressed people, only send support inwards, and the outer rings should likewise be frustrated/vent laterally... there were diagrams.
