There are actually *3* whole female engineers in the ad, although two of them are nigh invisible. The most visible one is in the elevator, and if it were a common thing with the wings, you'd think she'd be more understanding. Heck, I'm understanding about a common thing with

Well, penis jokes, they do crop up. One cropped up today in Dr. Who, so I took the time to explain it to the kids.

Something to keep in mind and possibly remind the kids: This is an ad during the Super Bowl, not Masterpiece Theater. The targeted demographic is slightly different :-)

Having said that, it really was a dumb ad. Then again, I haven't liked many of the ads since the "Herding cats" one many years ago.

It's kind of funny because at its core its like "YOU SHOULD BUY THIS CAR BECAUSE IT'S DESIGNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THESE OLD WHITE GUYS" -- as someone who has worked with German Engineers, I'm baffled why anyone would ever consider that a positive selling point.
