Hot, in an oddly disturbing way.

[LINK] She would be lying if she didn't admit that she was slightly pissed that her time was up, but she did take some satisfaction in the fact that Wilson at least got her a decent headstone and played U2 at her funeral.

[LINK] After witnessing him post-electrocution, post-bus crash, and now this, Amber couldn't help but wonder how the hell House's brain wasn't fried to a burnt ashy crisp, let alone still functioning.

[LINK] She wasn't sure anyone's eyes said as much as his did; his genuine caring towards anyone who needed it, his loved when he had so much of it to give, but most of all his pain... every time he tried to help his best friend and realised that he failed all over again.

[LINK] She wasn't bitter, she was pissed off, plain and simple, and in Amber's language, there was a whole gaping canyon between the two concepts that no one seemed to dare question her about since House fired her.

[LINK] He didn't have to technically become her boss in the end for him to leave his mark on her, he made her life hell, and he still wasn't anything to her... so why was she so worried that he was suddenly at a terrible risk and dangerous risk?

[LINK] She just wanted him to try and make his mark on their relationship, to a make a choice for himself so they were on equal ground, and not to fall into step behind her like he did with everyone else in his life.

[LINK] It was over in her head, but not in her heart... she was done letting her heart rule, though, especially when Gregory House was a factor.
