Cupcake Camp 2
Today was Cupcake Camp 2 The way it works is a bunch of people bake a bunch of cupcakes, and then even more people eat a bunch of cupcakes. Last time I made ice cream s'mores cupcakes. I decided to stick with the ice cream thing. This time I made eggnog ice cream, on a spice cake, with a meringue frosting that was meant to taste like rum but tasted like meringue instead. It came out pretty good, and I learned how to make eggnog in the process (homemade eggnog is worth while, I now believe).
I brought my camera, and took a million pictures, but I forgot to take any of my own cupcakes!
