Not bad! Too much mayo though, mayo is disgusting. Also, not a fan of jam and cranberries in sandwiches like these but to each his own. I don't think it's as amazingly supreme as the one I made at work a few weeks ago (not sure if you were in the chat then or not).

Yours is definitely healthier though.

I guess any mayo is too much mayo for you, coz I really didn't use much. But eh, I doubt you'd mind the mayo in this sandwich, since I couldn't actually taste it... :P

Turkey is always good with cranberries!!! :D Yummehhh. It is a bit weird in sandwiches but not bad, as far as my tastes go.

I wasn't in the chat, what was your sandwich made of? :D

hmmm anyway the way I use mayo isn't really standard... like most of the time you'll have it on sandwiches as a "spread", and you'll have a layer of mayonnaise on one or both pieces of bread. I think this practice is pretty nasty... cue McChicken sandwiches. But I use it to hold down spices, and to create a sort of garlic-bread flavor, minus the butter (not that mayo is that much healthier than butter - maybe marginally better - but it's a lot easier to spread than cold butter).

People have eaten sandwiches I've made using my mayo + spices + broiler method and not been able to figure wtf I did to the bread to make it taste so good. So definitely no one can taste the mayo.

I used a bit in the sprouts hoping to both hold them down to the sandwich and make them taste less spicy. I duno if the mayo I put there actually had any effect coz I couldn't taste it (avocado definitely took over) but the sprouts were great. None of that gross alfalfa taste. XD

I really, really, really despise mayo. I consider it to be right up there with nuclear weapons, terrorism, and North Korea as one of the worse creations in the history of mankind ( ... )

SHIT I am SOOOO sorry I forgot to call you!!!!!! I was swamped the rest of the day and didn't even realize when people took their pictures back off the wall... but now that I think about it you came and asked me to call before I left @#)$(*@)#(*$)(#@*$ I realized on Sunday but you were only there on Saturday, d'oh!!! Ahgh I'm sorry. My memory's been crap lately but that's no excuse... I AM SO SORRY!!! Exclamation point! I'll try to figure out a way to send you your picture or refund you $5 or something... @_@ I'm thinking paypal except I don't have paypal. XD

But yeah, I'm totally interested in collaborating... I'd love to try some comic work but I have... zero ideas... Hehe, but yeah, since comics are visually described... Setting/dialogue should be enough to run one, kind of like a movie script. Do you write scripts? :3
