In case it wasn't clear enough (and I apologize for that), I edited my post, to make it entirely clear it's not my intention to revive an old war or start another lengthy discussion.

The purpose of my post was to point of that a friend of mine is being harrassed based on a story that was considered over (and I just added that story for background), and to make it clear that needs to stop.

Whether it will do anything at all I can't tell... I just felt the need to address the issue.
