Okay, so week 3 of Couch to 5K involves nine minutes total of running. And week 4 involves 16. Which is a big step up! Probably tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday afternoon, after most of my classes have started up, I will feel calmer, but right now I'm just really fussy I guess.
