Okay, so week 3 of Couch to 5K involves nine minutes total of running. And week 4 involves 16. Which is a big step up! But after two slightly irregular months on week 3, I thought I would do fine on week 4 and I didn't even finish :( I managed 12 or 13 minutes total, maybe, and then my chest was getting tight and I got a bit nauseous and I said " ( Read more... )

me and my mom started that Couch to 5k! ...and then, she put it off and put it off, and we haven't done it for a while. i should restart it tonight.

Today my sole Valuable Human Being Plan was to not eat that second bag of peanut butter M&Ms, and...uh...I think maybe there are about 4 left?

Yeah, but tomorrow the school year starts and my summer is officially not as awesome and accomplishing-stuff-filled as I wanted it to be or as everyone else seems to have been :(

Probably tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday afternoon, after most of my classes have started up, I will feel calmer, but right now I'm just really fussy I guess.

Oh yep, I know that one. I spent Sunday night feeling like I should've packed a lunch and washed my PE kit (possibly hence my utter failitude at doing anything at all today). I am focusing on the notion that no one else has done any of the things they meant to either. *clings*
