The Year Meme - 2000

In 2000, forthright and I were living in a 6th floor apartment across the street from the Concordia library building. At that point it was still a fairly decent apartment, especially for the price we were paying and in that location - this was before the ceiling collapsed in, oh, 2002 or so and things became much less pleasant.

You were far more productive in extracurricular activities than I was in 2000! I was still gaming, of course, but only as a participant :)

How can you remember that much :o Well the Wedding, etc, makes sense, but really. I have such a crap memory :o

Well, some of it I remember well because I have pictures of it (e.g. the honeymoon trip). And really, the rest is self-evident enough - I know it was the year I graduated, I know roughly what I was doing in school and where we lived that I was Guild president that year and so on. The hardest part to reconstruct was what games we were playing/running - at first I thought I was still running Changeling, but my big binder of Changeling notes clearly indicates "1997-1999" on the front. And then I thought I must have been running the Allelanniad, which I knew was the next thing I ran after Changeling, but I thought I wrapped it up before the wedding. However, a quick glance at my email (yes, I have email going back to 2000...) showed me that I added a new player to the game in the fall, so it was clearly still going :)

Did you want a year? If so, I pick 2002 :) I figure it's more recent, maybe it'll be easier!
