Oh, I have had the most awesomely awful idea ever, and through the techno-magic of e-mail and multi-tab browsing, I have been proactive. This can only end in tears.

Yeah, the more I look into this, the more I think I'm not the person to run it. Which sucks, frankly, because I've been excited about it for a while, but the community standard diverges from what I'm legally allowed to do (i.e. the excluded kink in this case could conceivably put me on the sex offender registry for child porn distribution). That's not something I can change, so I guess now I wait for someone else to start a meme.

I'll check with the kinkfest mods but unless they have legal info specific to Canada, I'll be closing the poll.

Yeah. They're doing an All-Hogwarts meme in January, all pairings, all kinks. So I guess rarepairs then? Hopefully they won't get buried in the requests for bigger ship fic.

Personally though, I don't think their All Hogwarts one will work out the way this one would. People would still pair popular pairings together in theirs. I prefer one just for rare pairings so people know what they are getting in to when they come to the journal. I think people would be more willing to write the rare pairings in yours.

As far as content restrictions go: I am100% with you on the need to restrictsome content. While I understand & respect Melusinahp's point about being inclusive, there are child pornography laws the world over that we must also be mindful of. That is not to say that you are judging people who enjoy chan - but you don't want to go to jail for trying to be inclusive.

I am SOO THERE for this meme. Got my Neville/everyone banner waving!
