How did you do the filling? Did you dollop it in the batter? Because everytime I do that it just sinks to the bottom.

Hehe thank you!
I put the filling in after the cupckaes cooled. I think i used something called the cone method but really, i just cut a chunk out of the top, put filling in and then covered it with some of the cupcake i cut out.
