Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

Every year I'm always the one in charge of baking during Thanksgiving, and I usually just make pies. Apple, cherry, lemon, pineapple, blueberry, and, of course, pumpkin. Well, granted, I baked all those, but since I've been on a cupcake kick for a while, I decided to fiddle around with a recipe and make Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes.

Sure! I can send the recipe to you in a message...but I might do it tomorrow after I retrieve my recipe box from an aunt's house.

If it just takes one can of pumpkin I'd love to have the recipe...that's what I have left in the pantry for pumpkin.

It takes LESS than a full can. It takes a cup. ^^; And with what was left over I just added cinnamon and sugar to sweeten it to taste and used it was a filling/topping.

I'll reply with the recipe when I go over to my aunt's house and retrieve my recipe box from her. If you want I can message you the recipe. Just let me know!
