Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes
Every year I'm always the one in charge of baking during Thanksgiving, and I usually just make pies. Apple, cherry, lemon, pineapple, blueberry, and, of course, pumpkin. Well, granted, I baked all those, but since I've been on a cupcake kick for a while, I decided to fiddle around with a recipe and make Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes.
One batch was left plain: sprinkled with [sifted] powdered sugar.
One batch turned into a special treat. The bottom was cut and set to the side, whipped cream was added, and sauce was drizzled on top.
They were definitely a hit and gone faster than the green bean casserole!
