Ooh... we cheated and used canned frosting. I believe it was Pillsbourghy frosting? It was excellent though, definitely better than the Betty Crocker light stuff I usually use when I'm lazy. x]

wow they look awesome!! i especially love the penguin diving into the sea of blue frosting!! I love dinosaurs so i made a batch of vanilla cupcakes, with green buttercream frosting. I then got some jelly beans, they were yellow with brown spots on them and placed a few together in the middle of the frosting and bought toy dinosaurs that stood next to the cupcakes. It looked like dino eggs being guarded by mummy dino!!
