"Fireworks" Cupcakes

My sister and I got bored one day, so what did we do? Bake cupcakes! Same basic vegan chocolate recipe I always use, with the addition of white chocolate chips, and the use of blueberry applesauce instead of canola oil, after a lack of oil in the fridge was noted.
