Birthday cupcakes

Since it's my birthday today I decided to treat myself :P

They are vanilla cupcakes with little bits of white chocolate inside and white chocolate icing with glittery pink sugar sprinkles on top. The cupcakes are pretty.

If you know of a kitchen supply store, they will carry them. I don't know how the markets are in the UK/Europe, but the food market here in the states even carries the 12 hole muffin tin/pan for a cheap price in the baking aisle.

I think you can find some muffin tins on amazon.co.uk. I think they ship to other European countries for a fee. Or you can find some from www.ebay.it if you want a local seller.

Just use a muffin tray. I'm not sure how common they are where you are but here you can get ordinary size and mini muffin size :)

You can get baking trays like that pretty much anywhere! Supermarkets, pound shops, department stores etc will all stock them. I got my favourite one from Dunelm Mill .. really good quality for the price : http://www.dunelm-mill.com/range/Baking/Kitchen_Bakeware/3
