Birthday cupcakes
Since it's my birthday today I decided to treat myself :P
They are vanilla cupcakes with little bits of white chocolate inside and white chocolate icing with glittery pink sugar sprinkles on top. I wanted the cake bit to be pink, gradually fading from bright pink to light pink. However I overestimated my cooking abilities and the lighter pink was too light so the top of the cupcakes looks kind of salmon-coloured instead of light pink :(
Also, I still haven't got a baking tray with holes to put the cakes in to keep them in shape (what's it called?) so they came out a bit.... flat :(
Does anyone know of a good online shop which sells them? Possibly based in europe/uk to minimise shipping costs :P

Anyways, even though they don't *look* particularly amazing, I assure you they were delicious!
The sprinkles are much more glittery in real life :P
