They cooked for just over 20 minutes, I'm guessing. I judged that by the msn conversation I was having so its fairly vague. At around 170°C although it could have been anywhere between 150 and 200 really - I did turn it up slightly for the last few minutes since they weren't browning much.
As you can probably see, this was complete guess work. ;)
I don't think cupcakes are really that bad for you. There are worse foods and plus as long as you only eat one cupcake when you get a craving, it's ok. I think that meals are where most people are unhealthy... well as long as they don't eat like 6 cupcakes at once.
