Everything looks amazing! I miss mascarpone since I've been vegan, I reminisce frequently :P Have you ever tried it, mixed with honey, on toast or croissants! It's amaaaaaaazing!!

So anyway, please please tell me where you got those trays from that the cupcakes are in!! Or a close up photo would be awesome! They look so practical and wonderful and I would like some :)

Dude, mascarpone and honey is the BEST!!!

I got those little plastic trays at local cake supply store. I think they were .99 each. I love them. You can fit 2 into a half sheet box.

I have to go out to get my hair cut but when I get back I can take a pic for you. :)
