i made my first batch of minis yesterday

half are chocolate with peanut butter frosting, topped with mini pb cups

and the other half are pumpkin-pecan cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

I wouldn't feel right giving the recipe since they came from a book but the minis are definitely harder to frost so I piped both...

The pumpkin pecan recipe came from this book which is absolutely amazing and my favourite cupcake book

It was very similar to this I found by doing a google search
