Colorful theme cupcakes

Hi there.

So I spent my weekend again, with cupcakes :) I made the beach & shopaholic theme for my friends and the bugslife the for my neighbour's niece birthday today.

I stay up until 7am to finish up all the frosting and design.

Im tired, but I like it :D

i just use disposal piping plastic. its more easier to control while designing the cupcakes :)

I have one question, though. How do you make the icing so even and leveled with the cupcake liner?

i put the batter half of the cups and when the cakes is done I let the cakes cool down in the oven for awhile (about 20mins) until top of it dry.. then, it will slowly flatten. usually the cakes are 1-2mm lower than cups. so its easy for me to spread the icing on the cupcakes and easy for me to decorate too
