For serious, right? I actually assumed they would be so hard from the moment I saw the casting that it seriously took me five minutes to convince myself that it probably wouldn't be the case. But fandom will not take even that long to make it so, so everything's good, really. :D

I vaguely assume there must be these hordes of people who prefer it, the way I suppose someone must watch all those terrible television shows? I do not know them, and really, I have no wish to.
