I'm head over heels in love with White Collar, after being faithful to Due South/Canada fandom for nearly 5 years. It's so weird having a new fandom!

I'm being very promiscuous fandom-wise this year. I'm still writing a lot of Torchwood stuff, but doing so can be pretty emotionally draining (even with happy fic), and a big part of me just wants to not care about it anymore ( ... )

So, I may or may not used to troll your recs like a madwoman foaming at the mouth for MOAR MOAR MCSHEP NAOOOO way back when, when I totally fell out of Mcshep and IN LOVE with Pinto (yes, I ship Chris Pine/Zach Quinto now *hangs head in shame* I'm such a bad Mcshep fangirl). But the reason is the NEW MOVIE. GAH. Could Zach Quinto have played Spock any gayer? Really.

ANYHOW. The reason I've decided to share my love of the new movie with you is so you could check out these awesome reboot!K/S fics.

Through Blind Men's Eyes. It's classified as A Pon Farr story. With a twist. Ten parts, and the last part was just recently posted (thank you, lord). And the twist is Kirk goes through Pon Farr for Spock. It made me !!! and O.O a lot while reading it, and I hope it does the same for you.

Then there was The Ending Has Not Yet Been Written, which is another Pon Farr story. Only it's set after their five year mission has reached its end. Spock runs away from his problems and Sarek (WTF, srsly?) and, okay FINE, Spock!Prime are somehow the ( ... )
