It's become acutely obvious to me that poor Hook here has played out his time in Fandom. Which means that the MCA apartments are in need of a new owner/landlord. So... anybody want an apartment building? I can offer the code that is used for the current MCA infopage, and any other transition help, etcetera

So, I'm not entirely sure about it, but Max as a landlord might be interesting to see! You know, excuses to have his shirt off doing repairs around the place and so on.
