OOC: Anybody Want an Apartment Building?
It's become acutely obvious to me that poor Hook here has played out his time in Fandom. Which means that the MCA apartments are in need of a new owner/landlord. So... anybody want an apartment building? I can offer the code that is used for the current MCA infopage, and any other transition help, etcetera.
Hook won't be disappearing right away, but will stick around long enough to help transition things as whoever takes over prefers.
