Done, Done, and Done!
Finished my last day of new teacher training today! Well, for awhile anyway. Today was just as bad as the first day but shorter so that's a plus. No more of that lady for me until September thank God! She is boring and doesn't give us a chance so it's like a 4 hour lecture. KILL ME NOW. Sorry, had to vent a little, even though it IS over

We were told by a great professor that when he started, he kept a journal-like binder where he kept copies of each lesson plan he did his first year, and if needed, short letters to himself making suggestions about things to change or commenting on things he liked about certain things. He said that it helped in the long run because he thought he would remember a year from then when he was doing the same thing all over again with a new batch of students but he didn't!
He kept in a journal so that he knew exactly where to look and everything was all in one place instead of in multiple folders. He said that sometimes it took some work when things really didn't go well, but it helped him a lot.
