Before you try nipple stimulation, Is your cervix ripe? It's not much use to do it beforehand unless it's ripe.

I'm effaced 80-90%, and dialated 2-3 cm. WHat constitutes ripe? Damn. I could use your expertise here. You should set up an online doula service. The only other doula I know is my pal Christie in Oregon. Keep the info coming! Thank you so much for the help!
