When Jeremy Carver said that the 200th episode of "Supernatural" was a "love letter to the fans," groans could be heard throughout the land.  Then came the promo stills of a girls' high school.  High school girls doing a musical about "Supernatural".  One fan tweeted it beforehand with the hashtag #Atrocity.  The knives were sharpened and ready.

Ever since I bought the DVDs, I wondered why they didn't use the beautiful music for the end credits for S1 on proceeding seasons.  Several people said they didn't hear any difference.  I can't embed this video, but has all three opening credit versions.  The European version is the music I heard at the S1 end credits.  It's not Massive Attack.  ( Read more... )

I was browsing through YouTube and got it in my head to watch some Van Halen videos.  DLR directed most of their music videos, including "Jump."  This was a video he made for his solo album, "Crazy From The  Heat".  It has parodies of Michael Jackson, Cyndi Lauper, Boy George (who wants Dave bad) and Willie Nelson.  None of them are the real thing ( Read more... )
