i really don't understand why you hate it, please explain yourself.

I only see symbolism in it, like all the House poster.

Er...I think I explained myself in the entry. Imagine if they had put out this poster in Season 3, for instance.

I guess you're talking about his bad leg.
I know that the fact that they don't talk about it on the show anymore annoy me too :S but i'm sure it's a topic for later, they still make reference to it.
Like in 7x09 when House speaks with mama cuddy, he said "i have a pain in my leg, you don't hear me complaining". That's it, you don't hear it but he still is in pain, and i'm sure drama is coming ;)

So sorry for my bad english ;)

I'm starting to believe they're genuinely never going to bring up his leg pain again. Not really sure what to think. This doesn't lend itself well to the continuing of the show for much further. If his leg pain, which was such a defining characteristic, is just gone then House is, what, half the person he was before, at the very least? Cantankerous, misanthropic, drug addict doctor with a chronic pain, who is also a genius. So many descriptors thrown to the wind right now ( ... )

I don't know if Cuddy will be the one to mess up, but I do agree that she'll have to be the one to do the shoving.

The poster would have been better if he was pantless.

Agreed...except would they have the destroyed thigh or would that have magically healed again?

Also, House shoved Stacy away when she was finally going to leave Mark.

Also, House shoved Stacy away when she was finally going to leave Mark. Yeah, I thought of that too, then thought I'd ignore the reality of the situation in order to make my own argument stronger. It seems to work for religious people and politicians so well.

I knew the instant I saw this that a rant would be forthcoming!

Why don't they just have him use the cane to balance himself on a tightrope and put a tutu on him, too?

I dunno... for one of the screenings they used the promo pic in my icon. I wanna say it was S5 ( ... )

Well, the S5 is cleary showing Hugh Laurie the actor, and since his leg was still integral to the plot, I'm guessing everyone knew that. I love the icon, by the way. Also, part of that picture is that he is emphatically NOT HOUSE. The new pics are supposedly House (although the clowns and weird military one...uh...wut?).

i defiantly know what you mean about the plots I have been thinking about it too. But i think their try to be metaphorical and say that all houses "standard procedures" balance the patient between life or death. Yeah they did seem to screw up on the leg thing but I totally see what you mean.
