This is it. In a little while I will head out the door to my mom's. And, from there, we will head into the terrifying and exciting world of wedding dress shopping. Yes, I'm actually excited. I just hope that at the end of the day I retain a smidgen of this excitement and have not been utterly disappointed. We shall see.

Family-style = large platters of entrees and sides brought to the table. You pick what you want and dish your own serving onto your plate. Versus plated where your entree and sides are portioned out on a plate and served to you that way. :D

- I got fired yesterday. But it was actually a good thing! Because I was immediately rehired with a new title and a pay raise. I'm not exactly sure why I had to be fired in order to be promoted, but it is not nice to ask questions when your boss wants to pay you more. The house adventure is going well. We still have to set up insurance for the new place, but other than that everything but the closing is done.
