Just when I think I'm free to slack off all day everyday I get a call from my fromer boss to ask me if I can help her with some documents. So, I gotta translate about 20 pages of legal babbling for next sunday, which would be quite alright but mom and I are leaving for Tehuacán in half an hour. But I'm taking my comp, so I won't be completely -
Back to the land
My comp has finally returned to me. Apparently it was something serious, they had to change the whole dvd unit. But all is well now.
I kept myself busy all week; I finally started looking for a real job. I got some writing done; another surreal Plaude fic. Which reminds me, I had the strangest dreams last night; it was quite disturbing. I also ( Read more... ) -
Piano falls on me
*sigh* Just now that I finally had the time to get some reading done I find out I have to get my comp to the tech because it refuses to read CDs, even when asked nicely.
So, that leaves me in the dark for at least a week :(

I rented Dead Ringers today because, well, Cronenberg.

Weather
WTF October? Yesterday it was so hot I was considering hosing myself down and now we're only six degrees away from hitting zero °C. It's wet and cold and depressing and TV-Links won't load and did I mention it's effing FREEZING?!!!!!!!!
On the bright side, Peter is a girl.
I'll just go crawl under my covers and write some Plaude.
