[Dan is aiting by the front of the Art Department building in case Charlotte forgot her way there. He's wearing a comfortable pair of jeans and a green short sleeve t-shirt, kicking the grass and humming a little to himself.]

Ah, of course, they both would have their own charm.

[nods and runs water in the tank for a few minutes before adds the fixer, airing out the fixer before adding the stabilizer]

I'd explain what I'm doing, but I wouldn't want to bore Brave Little Lady. [:)]

[laughs] Brave Little Lady. It's my name for you.

I suppose I may be little in comparison to you; however, I do not know if I am that brave to warrant it as a nickname.

[Blinks, but then smiles - ~*~LIRADAZZLE~*~] I didn't mean to offend you with the word "little." I just thought it was a cute name to suit a girl like yourself. Studying science, so curious about many things...

[sdfjskdf buh still getting dazzled

but back on task! -- did she word that incorrectly? :(]

Oh, no, please do not take me wrong. I was not offended at all. [keeps from shuffling her feet a little as that isn't very ladylike behavior]

I am thankful. [faint faint faaaiiiiiiint blush ]

[still smiling] Then that's good.

I'm almost done here, by the way. Adding the stabilizer now.

Is adding stabilizer the last step or is there another task to do after that?

We have to put the photos in a drying cabinet after this. I'm nearly finished.

[nods to show she's listening and just watches, very attentive!!! You may be able to see little sparkles in her eyes. :D]

[lets out a laugh at seeing little sparkles in her eyes, then proceeds to pull the film off the reels and carefully puts the film in a drying cabinet]

Now we wait until they dry, and cut the film into pieces for storage.

May I ask how long it usually takes for the film to dry?

A few hours, maybe five at most for the environment we're in.

[!!!!!!! VARIABLES AND VARIANCES you just opened a can of worms, Dan-- I mean

clasps her hands together and sparkles] Ah, of course the environment would affect the drying process. How fascinating! May I ask what is the best versus the worst environment for it?
