I AM SO EXCITED, FRANCESCA!!! AAAAUUUGGGHHHHH!!! I hope it works! I hope it works! I hope I hope I hope! Our first meeting is TOMORROW MORNING! I hope he likes the project. He was INTERESTED in the project, but I really hope he LIKES it!!!

I HOPE the audiobook folks will like me... But even if they don't, what with Uncanny, and Podcastle, and ACX, and who KNOWS what else, I will have PLENTY OF OPPORTUNITY to put MYSELF to use!!!

I like to PRETEND I am anyway. The Quintessence of Rockstar. The Front Woman. The One Who Gets Sh*t Done! The Gold-Touched Girl. Whatever energy or confidence or work ethic or LUCK these people have, I want that in the coming year. IT'S A GOOD PRETEND!!!

I have some Big Changes coming next year! Which is exciting and a little scary. Meanwhile I'm working on my chapbook of monster movie poems, and trying to figure out how to revise a novel of mine called OUT OF UNIFORM, and working on a short story. And hoping to be more productive/prolific in the coming year.
