[Winry is out by the smithy, but not actually in it. The girl has a box of metal pieces next to her, and a small leather pouch with tools. Why is she out here? No reason. Nope. She's not avoiding her house or anything.
Eventually she creates a small wind-up toy mouse. She spins the little knob and watches it go. The small achievement makes her happy

...And one cowboy booted foot almost lands on the mouse before he hears it's gears.
And so he stops, right where he is, with that foot barely touching the top of the toy.
He looks down, carefully moving his foot away, and kneels to look at it, gently holding it in place for a moment with a finger while he looks.
...not a bad job. He takes his finger off it and watches as it skitters past him.]

My friend Franky builds stuff, too. Not toys- I mean I guess I get that, he probably wouldn't think it was very cool or something. He made our ship, though, and all the cannons, and all the attacks he uses.
