Hmmm, where to start, where to start. I don't know how I have such an excellent friend; you're such a lovely person, what are you doing hanging out with us bitter fucks? (this doesn't mean you should stop.) You're an incredibly comfortable person to spend time with; when you were here this summer it was just the most amazing time, because there was no performance pressure at all. I just feel accepted and liked around you! You're also one of the best people to do fandom with - you're so full of enthusiasm and ideas, and you write really fun stories which are just a pleasure to read - I know you can be insecure about your writing, and that you've sometimes compared it negatively to mine, but please know that I couldn't do what you do & that I could just as easily envy you the warmth of your writing (although I don't, really, because I just enjoy that we have different talents). & you do so much to keep me engaged and active
